We are sad to announce that on May 1, 2022, Douglas Patrick (Fort Collins, Colorado) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Leslie Collins; his parents, David Collins and Cecelia Collins (Gerber); his brother Clint; his sister-in-law Dawn Collins; his nephews, Jake (Natia), Matt and Luke Collins; his niece Thea; and also Carlos.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Routt County Riders (routtcountyriders.org), Larimer County Humane Society (larimerhumane.org), or to the Colorado School of Mines scholarship has been setup in Doug's memory (weare.mines.edu/rememberdouglascollins).
