She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly Hallenbeck (Chadwick) of Fort Collins, CO, Jodi Mitchell of Wellington, CO and Ann Moe of Irvine, CA; her stepson Scott Mitchell (Mary) of Fort Collins, CO.; her grandchildren, Branden, Chad Lee, Makaela, Jordan, Amanda and Allie; her great grandchild Everett; and her siblings, Donna Dixon (Gary) and Bob Tate (Ann). She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends.
