He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Ortiz-Ramos; and his siblings, Norma Ramos, Gloria Espanio, Elva Ramos, Antonia Rodriquez (Elias), Abel Ramos Jr., Nicklas Lopez (Christina) of Fort Collins, Reynaldo Ramos (Aurora) of Loveland and Gilbert Ramos of Pasco. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
