He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Betty Elizabeth Moore and William Hugh Bullington; his siblings, Deborah Ann Marsh, Paul Hugh Bullington and Teresa Gail Marchbanks; and his children, Tracy Nicole Bullington, Parry and GrandPAWrent.
