She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ruth Thelma Warner (Nelson) and Lohman Dickerson Warner; her children, Roger Madsen, Susan Martens and Carol Wallman; her grandchildren, John, Joe, Bryan, Sarah and Jed; her great grandchildren, Wesley and Rylee; her husband Paul Denis Madsen; and her grandson James Ryan Martens.
Memorial contributions may be made to Dementia Together, a northern Colorado, local, nurse started and run non-profit organization.
