He was predeceased by: his grandparents, LaVonne Johnson and Brian Lane; and his cousin Adam Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Kathryn Johnson (Lane) and Donovan Johnson; his stepmother Lynette Johnson; his brothers, Rollie of Brookings and Jason Johnson of Brookings; his sons, Elijah Johnson of Colorado and Creed Johnson of Brookings; and his grandparents, LaVon Lane of Brookings and Darwin Johnson of Brookings.
