He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma and Charles. He is survived by: his wife Susie; his children, Andrew (Amber) of Ft. Collins, Alison of Prairie City, IA, Rebecca of Los Angeles and Matthew of Geneva; and his siblings, Falls, Steve, Ron, G'Lenn, Mark and Curtis.
