She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Thomas Chiavetta (Catherine) of Fort Collins, CO and Lorraine Chiavetta (Elliot Katz) of Holmdel, NJ; her grandchildren, Lauren Chiavetta (Brandon Lowe), Joseph Chiavetta of Fort Collins, David Chiavetta of Landsdale, PA, Benjamin Katz of State College, PA and Emma Katz of New York, NY; and her great grandchild Isabel Lowe of Fort Collins. She is also survived by two nieces and a nephew.
