He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollen B. Maxwell and Barbara V. Maxwell. He is survived by: his children, Terry Schultz (David) of Wellington, CO and Tony Maxwell (Sheri) of Kersey, CO; and his grandsons, Eric, Tom of Wellington, CO, Dusty (Sydney) of Kersey, CO and Casey (Caroline) of Brighton, CO. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
