She was predeceased by: her son Kyle Sullivan; her parents, Norbert Withaeger and Lucille Ciepley; and her daughter Jennifer Robinson (Pete Winkler). She is survived by: her former husband Timothy Sullivan; her daughter Chrissy Weese (Sullivan); her significant other Pete Winkler; her son-in-law Clay Weese; and her siblings, Jim Withaeger (Diane), Pat Ciepley (Ron), John Withaeger (Dawn), Scott Ciepley and Steven Ciepley (Rene). She is also survived by Many nieces and nephews, six grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Barbara can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
