She was predeceased by: her daughter Donna Marie Holbrook. She is survived by: her children, Douglas Holbrook, Debra Schneider, David Holbrook, Daniel Holbrook and Dianne Köhler. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked to donate to the Parkinson's Foundation at Parkinson.org in Anne's name.
