He is survived by: his parents, Julie and Greg; his grandparents, Bernie, Lyni Masztakowski and Brenda Brownell; his great-uncle Don Brownell; and his aunts and uncles, Jacque, Jon Mastakowski, Sara and Doug Osmak. He is also survived by other loving extended family members and wonderful friends.
