He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Springer Webb and Gertrude Blakely Moorehouse; and his brothers, Carl Webb, John Webb and William Webb.
He is survived by: his sisters, Doris Webb Doughten and Amy Webb Peachy; his wife Jean of Florissant, Colorado.; his sons, Franklin Webb (Maria) of Pennsylvania and Martin Webb of Mickleton; and his stepsons, Bruce William Koppenhaver (Jennifer) of Street Maryland and David Matthew Koppenhaver of Colorado Springs. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild with a second great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the American Cancer Society, Colorado Springs.
