It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Alice Phillips of Florissant, Colorado, born in Gallipolis, Ohio, who passed away on January 13, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Lewis Phillips; her children, Peggy Shamblin (Richard), Kay DeMasters (Mike), Bob Phillips (Shari) and Chris Phillips (Sherlyn Mager); her siblings, Dick Blazer and JoAnn Nibert; her grandchildren, Leigh, Ann, Beth, Randy, Donna, David and Matt; her brother Mike Blazer; her grandson Corey Phillips; and her parents, Lloyd Blazer and Margaret Blazer (McCormick). She was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
