He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley and Glenn Steed (Edna); and his children, Angela Parker, Kay Lamb (Ron), Bonnie Parker (Jack) of Ohio, Melody Lewis (Don) of Florence, CO, Merlin Steed, Jr. (Dee) of Mississippi, Wilber Steed (Jennifer) of Willard, Missouri and Walter Steed (Stacey) of Watson, Louisiana. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and over 30 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
