She was predeceased by: her parent Paul Terry Cross Sr.; her husband Charles Austin Middleton; her sister-in-law Linda Cross of Lexington; her nephew Chad Cross of Fairborn; and her brother-in-law Gary Middleton of Lewisburg.
She is survived by: her parent Sue I. McConnell Cross; her son Paul Wayne Middleton (Anna); her granddaughters, Frankee Shiann Middleton of Rockvale and Charlee Nicole Middleton of Rockvale; her siblings, Kenneth Cross (Mary Elizabeth) of Lewisburg, Frank "Tinker" Cross of Lexington, Clyde Cross (Carolyn) of Murfreesboro, Terry Cross (Joyce) of Fairborn and Patsy Haley of Lewisburg; and her siblings-in-law, Randy Middleton (Saralynn) of Chattanooga and Carolyn Middleton of Lewisburg. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
