He was predeceased by: his parents, John Vance Miller and Emma Gertrude Miller; and his sisters, Barbara Rust, Lena Gall and Rita Fabian.
He is survived by: his children, David Miller (Penny Ponder), Vicki (Lucky Miller), Sheri (Mike Cerise) and Debi (Jeff Lowry). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
