He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis Kelley and Josephine Kelley; his former wife Betty Jean May; his son Ricky; his wife Jackie; and his children, Randy, Michael and Tammy. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

As his Alzheimer's progressed, many worried we would be forgotten, but then Papa would say something that told us he hadn't forgotten us.
