He was predeceased by: his brother Steven. He is survived by: his wife Mary Theodore; his children, Jeromie Nazzise (Morgan Aranda) and Donald; his grandchildren, Dominic, Gabriel, Kainoa and Keala; and his sister Jeanette Nazzise.
