He was predeceased by: his father Ronald N. Carwin; his stepfather Eldon Sawdey; his mother Dorothy Carwin-Sawdey (Davis); and his sister Peg Carter. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Jean Rowan; his siblings, Shirley, Judy, Sandy and Rodney; and his close friend Allan Fillingham of Morill, NE.. He is also survived by three sons, one daughter, and eleven grandchildren.
