It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon A. Werner of Flagler, Colorado, born in Plainville, Kansas, who passed away on September 7, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy; his parents, Joe Werner and Nettie Werner; his brothers, Joseph, Richard, Leonard, Donald and Ronald; and his pet Cat.
He is survived by: his children, Glen, Russell (Kathy) and Keri; his grandchildren, Chelsea Tague (Chuck), Jesse Vittale (Alex), Ryan Werner, Kurtis Werner and Robby Payne; his great grandchildren, Arthur and Inez Vittale; and his sister Mary Lee Schmidtberger (Ed).
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to any local charity providing music and arts to children.
