It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Nelson of Firestone, Colorado, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 22, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph DiPilato and Vincenza DiPilato (Police); and her sister Joanna Roskidany. She is survived by: her son Mark Nels Nelson (Lisa) of Erie, Colorado; her grandchildren, Hannah Siobhan Nelson of California and Graham William Nels Nelson of Colorado; and her sister Marie Beckstrom of Oxford, MA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Covid delayed that, but she was still actively plotting how to reach that last one.
