He is survived by: his wife Carol Outhouse (Valentine); his children, David Outhouse and Jennifer Outhouse; his stepchildren, Susan DeLay (Saul Halfon), Stephen DeLay (Christiane) and Kay Bloom (Chris); his grandchildren, Dakota, Sierra, Sasha, Liam, Sophia, Tessa and Matthew; and his siblings, Janice Finlay and Wayne Outhouse.
