He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Wellman and Georgina Dwyer Wellman; and his sister Alice Mattson. He is survived by: his wife Anne of Firestone, CO; and his son Edward C. Wellman III of Longmont, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
