He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Thomas O'Neill and JoAnn M. O'Neill. He is survived by: his wife Monique O'Neill; his children, Chelsea Coe (Travis), Quinn O'Neill and Abigail O'Neill; his grandson Wyatt Coe; his stepmother Jane Kannell-O'Neill; and his siblings, Peggy Brizgis (Larry), Anne Miller (Joe), Mary O'Neill (Carl Erickson), Kathy Paese (Paul), Amanda Reid O'Neill (Jerry Reid) and Christopher O'Neill. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family of Timothy G. O'Neill request that donations be made to the American Heart Association and the Charles Keating C4 SEAL Foundation.
