He is survived by: his mother Adeline Tobias (Loeck) of Falls City, NE; his siblings, Douglas Tobias (Iris) of Erie, CO and Cheryl Rehfeld of Baton Rough, LA; his sisters-in-law, Barbara Clark and Brenda Meyer (Allen) of Falls City, NE; his nephews, Ethan Tobias of Erie, CO and Dan Clark (Lee) of Falls City, NE; his cousins, Dan Loeck of Lincoln, NE, Ben Loeck (Jane) of Omaha, NE and Rick Tobias (Beverly) of San Antonio, TX; his niece Patricia Wheeler of Oakton, VA; his former wife Jeanine van Etten of Boulder, CO; and his close friends, Ed and Roberta Sutton of Weatherford, TX.
