He is survived by: his mother Valerie Hamilton; his children, Leo, Lucy and Livie; his father Bud Hamilton; his close friend Samantha Mueller; his former wife Jennifer Malas; his brother Jeff; his sister-in-law Meg Hamilton; and his nephews, Mark and Jake Hamilton.
