He was predeceased by: his mother Annette Ontiveros (Gonzales). He is survived by: his father John Ontiveros; his wife Vanessa; his children, Mario Ontiveros, Zavin Ontiveros and Ariella Ontiveros; and his siblings, Ronnie Gonzales (Naomi), Linda Salazar, Johnny Ontiveros and Olivia Ontiveros.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Church of the Nazarene (2515 W 16th St, Greeley, CO 80634).
