He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Garcia and Marshlyn Garcia Rogers (Enriquez); and his stepfather Charlie Rogers. He is survived by: his siblings, Jacqueline Garcia Satterwhite and Dave Garcia (Stacey); his daughter Tamra Proctor (Joe Garcia); his grandchildren, Joseph Garcia III, Noah Garcia and Elijiah Garcia; and his nieces and nephews, Devon "Tre" Satterwhite (Victoria), Celeste Satterwhite, Madison Garcia and Dawson Garcia. He is also survived by five great nephews/nieces and a large extended family.
