She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Carter and Betty Carter; her brother Gary J. Carter; and her granddaughter Brittany Carter. She is survived by: her husband Melvin Dale Genz; her sister Janet Lee; her sons, Timothy Carter (Stephanie), Rick Genz (Janet), Ronald Brown (Ivy) and Edward Zwetzig (Shawna); and her grandchildren, Joshua, Ashley, Raini, Devon, Scooter and Cody.
