He is survived by: his wife Vicki McNatt of Greeley; his sons, Robert Birdwell (Sheri) of Berthoud and Darren Birdwell (Ann) of Boise, Idaho; his grandson Sean Birdwell of Berthoud; and his brother Archie Birdwell (Jo) of Mesa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
