He is survived by: his former wife Mary Gould; his wife Heidi Holmquist; his children, Sam Kuster (Demi) and Emily Kuster (Kasey Keller) of Bettendorf, IA; his siblings, William (Shirley) of Yorktown, VA, Mike (Carol) of Aurora, CO, Tom (Vicky) of Madrid, IA, Patty Ann Foor (Charlie) of Muscatine, IA, Mary LaVoie (Dennis) of Lancaster, KY and Theresa Kuster of Durant, IA; his grandson Michael Keller of Bettendorf, IA.; his father-in-law Jack Holmquist of Estes Park; and his sisters-in-law, Suzi Sperry (Max) of Phoenix, AZ and Carrie West (Mike) of Pueblo West, CO.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
