He is survived by: his spouse Katherine Wingert (Kay); his daughter Betsy Thamert (Andy); his grandchildren, Ryan and Grace of Estes Park; and his brothers-in-law, George Wingert, Dwight Wingert (Kathy) of Wichita, KS and Eugene Wingert (Kay) of Lenexa, KS.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and close friends.
