He is survived by: his children, Justin Brooks, Taylor Brooks and Somer Brooks; his wife Jeannie Brooks; his parents, Mariann Grimm and James Brooks; his stepmother Carol; his siblings, Deborah Brooks (Mark Ferguson) and Scott Brooks (Susan); his nephew Tyler Brooks; his friend Kim Brooks; and his daughter Linda Mitchell.
