He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Jean and Ione Jean (Jacobson) of Omaha. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Flood (Kendall) of Estes Park, CO; and his siblings-in-law, Kevin Kendall (Robin), Kerry Kendall (Susie) and Lanette Flood.

In Estes Park, Jerry was an influential member and served as president of the Rotary Foundation for many years.
