It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Eugene Matson (Estes Park, Colorado), born in Fargo, North Dakota, who passed away on October 20, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, L. Milo Matson and Ruth Berg Matson; his brothers, David and Paul; his friend Happy Hour; his wife Nancy; his children, Mark Matson (Elvira) of Estes Park, Stephen Matson (Suzanne) of Fort Morgan, Tim Matson (Lori) of Monument and Kari Shea of Colorado Springs; his stepchildren, Aimee Clarence (Troy) and Robin Tidwell (Dennis); his grandchildren, Peter, Brittany, Ryan, Julia, Morgan Riggen (Gentry), Grace, Faith and Jillian; and his great grandchildren, Tristan and Elliot.
Memorial gifts may be made to Shepherd of the Mountains Lutheran Church, 2000 Ptarmigan Trail, Estes Park, CO 80517 and designated for a Columbarium to be built; or to any charity you may wish.
