He was predeceased by: his parents, George Schutz and Hattie Schutz (Stirling); his sister Kitty Collins (Schutz); and his nephew Marty Collins. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Schutz (Oltjenbruns) of Estes Park; his son Dave of Denver, CO; and his nieces, Debbie Barone (Collins) of Saratoga, CA and Cindy Loeffler (Collins) of Austin, TX..
