He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Carmichael of Wichita and Juanita Carmichael of Wichita. He is survived by: his wife Lindi Carmichael; his children, Zak Carmichael (Sharedi), Ashley Owen (Drew) and Cristina Rody (Ryan); his stepdaughter Mandi Barker; his grandchildren, Gauge, Rees, Palmer, Eva and Sienna; his brother Scott Carmichael (Patty); and his mother-in-law Maxine Myrick.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to the Scholarship Fund of the Rotary Golf Tournament.
