We are sad to announce that on May 23, 2024, at the age of 95, Rita Marie Vargason of Erie, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustave and Maria; her siblings, Louis, Lucy and Gustave Jr.; her children, Gary, Randy and Gail; and her grandson Troy.

She is survived by: her spouse Lazelle "Joe" Vargason; her son-in-law Dannie Cito (Kiley Cito); and her grandchildren, Todd Cito (Lori), Ty Cito (Sari), Trent Cito (Kendra), Heather Lesco (Brett) and Tad Lemongello (Cathy). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
