He is survived by: his wife Louise Slaughter; his brother-in-law Tom Nobis; and his siblings, Marvin Johnson, Harvey Sachs, Dotty Ashmead (Max), Mary McGraw (William), John Slaughter (Phyllis), Michael Slaughter (Safia), Doris "Casey" Rea (Gary), Rebecca Belknap (Steve), Nancy Salyer (Keith) and Janet Eissenstat (Everett). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in his memory to the St. Scholastica building fund.
