It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Keith Darnell (Erie, Colorado), who passed away on February 20, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Albert and Maggie Lena Darnell (Young); his wife Bonnie; his children, Kel, Boulder, Diana, Tucson, Kim, Palo Alto and Dan (Catherine Healy); and his stepdaughter Linda Thompson of Lafayette. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Don's name to the Boulder Valley Humane Society, the American Heart Association, or to the Disabled American Veterans.
