She was predeceased by: her brothers, Gordon Parks and Al Cooley. She is survived by: her children, Catherine and Darell (Valerie); her grandchildren, Frederick, Brian, Jeff, Elijah and Rebecca; and her husband William. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren (soon to be nine); and five siblings.
