We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2024, at the age of 89, Norma Jean Starr (Englewood, Colorado) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Clifford; and her daughters, Belinda Starr and Diana Carroll (Brad).
