We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2024, at the age of 96, Margaret (Peg) Mary Opitz of Englewood, Colorado, born in Greeley, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert; her siblings, Richard, Raymond, Benjamin, Louis, Francis, Dolores, Rose and Agnes; her grandson Richard Opitz; and her parents, Julia Foltz and Francis Foltz.

She is survived by: her children, Connie Lane of Denver, Colorado, Karen Heidrick of Centennial, Michael Opitz of Phoenix and Carl Opitz of Centennial; and her grandson Jeff Opitz of Centennial, Colorado.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 2 great, great grandchildren.

Memorial donations can be made to All Souls Catholic Church, 4950 South Logan Street, Englewood, Colorado.
