She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Octavio and Dora Santiago. She is survived by: her children, Madalyn Zamora, Xavier Zamora, Isaiah Zamora and Noah Santiago; her mother Lucy Santiago; her siblings, Lisa Leonard (Jason), Stephen Santiago (Amanda) and Che J. Santiago; and her uncle Billy Santiago (Isabella). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
