He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank W. Mullen and Mary Rose Mullen. He is survived by: his siblings, Frank Jr. of Reno, NV, James, Thomas of New Jersey, Barbara Tumino of New Jersey, Rosemary Mullen of New Jersey and Patricia Mullen of New Jersey; and his aunt Mary Smith Beduch. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
