He is survived by: his son Aden; his sister-in-law Davina; his cousin Charity; his brother-in-law Dominic (Rafael); his sons, Caleb and Abraham; his grandmother Helen Garcia; his parents, Debbie Herrera and Richard Rodriguez (Tammy); his siblings, Rick Rodriguez, Seth Rodriguez (Davina), Devin Herrera, Amber Martinez (Dominic) and Valerie Rodriguez; his nieces and nephews, Rafael III, Seth Jr. Isaiah, Devin, Jasiah, Levi, Daniel, Sage, Jazlyn and Chanel; and his great-nieces, Journee and Jream.

Also, sister in-law Davina, nephew Jasiah, nephew Rafael, niece Justus, cousin Charity, brother in-law Dominic, friend Rafael (Chantel).
