He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Mark Holzfaster and Lois Helen Holzfaster (Bennethum). He is survived by: his wife Jean Marie Atwood; his children, Joshua Holzfaster (Caitlin) and Tara Winterbottom (Paul Martinez); his stepsons, Christopher O'Hayre and Travis Blubaugh; his grandchildren, Avlynn Holzfaster, Mason Holzfaster, Eisley Holzfaster, Payten Winterbottom, Connor Martinez, Kendra O'Hayre, Ryker O'Hayre, Colton Blubaugh and Everly Blubaugh; his great grandchild Yoatzi O'Hayre; and his siblings, Linda Rosenberg (Jim Roberts), Cheryl Griffin (Lynn), Thomas Holzfaster, Lisa Holzfaster and Paula Kimball.
