He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Cait, Sam and Beth; his children-in-law, Kayla and James Hollis, Sr.; his grandchildren, Frederick, Henry, Nicole (Brian), Chase (Chelsea) and James Jr. (Madison); his great grandchildren, Chaz, Chance, Allyssa, Taylor, Brayden, Brantley, Cheyenne and Melody; and his siblings, Mary Tardive and Tom Hicok. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and other extended family.
