He was predeceased by: his former wife Leanna Locke (Schilz). He is survived by: his wife Margaret Locke (Manhart); his brother Tom Locke (Marilyn) of Ardmore; and his children, John Adams (Paige), Heather Walker (Chris), Allison Locke, Caroline Locke and Claudia Locke.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Jack's honor to the Parkinson Association of the Rockies would be appreciated.
